Driver Details

This driver is for both the FRAGnStein and xScorch for 64 bit Operating systems.  This includes windowsXP 64, Vista64, and Windows7-64.

Conditions Of Use

Our software upgrades are free.  They are specially designed for Xscorch and are not for any other product.  You may download the software to your computer and you can pass the file around however you may not charge a fee for this file.  By downloading and using this file you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of use.  Please read through the entire Terms of Use that is posted on our site for full details. 

There are three software programs available to you.  The first is the IBM PC driver.   The second is the Firmware upgrade. Third is the configuration tool. This Driver is required for all other software however the Firmware upgrade is optional.

Driver Installation

First uninstall any previous versions of the FRAGnStein or xScorch driver you may have installed previously.  This can be done in the Control Panel: Programs section.

This driver has the required signed certificates for Vista64, and Windows7 64 bit.

Do not enter set up mode at this time.

Do not Run the File, instead select Save.

When the file is downloaded - select Open Folder.

The downloaded file will be highlighted. 

Right click on the file.

From that menu, select 'Properties'.

Downloaded files can be blocked as part of Windows new security.  Notice at the bottom it will have a button to unblock the driver file.

Also select to 'Run as Administrator'.

Next Apply and close that and Install the Driver.

Your driver is now installed.

Windows XP users:  You may have to bind the driver in the device manager.  Please check our forum sections for assistance.
