Whenever I hold down the left click to shoot for long periods of time I am subsequently unable to use any other mouse button simultaneously. For example a game where you can shoot and roll (x button/space bar) at the same time, if I hold down the shoot button and try to roll the controller will not respond to the roll command. When I use my keyboard (space bar) to roll there is no issue and the issue is non-existent on my PS3. I have tried installing new firmware, changing the RF and the button mapping but to no avail. I think the problem is with receiver stick, the power from stick is not going to the controller. This is how I fix it: I've decided to power-up controller separately. Receiver stick + bridge wire - to long part of Y usb wire. Short part of the wire was inserted to second USB port on Xbox. (this wire will be powering the Xbox controller). And everything works now! Also, I know how to easily replace a brocken bridge wire (xb cable) and can make a separate post about this method. I was thinking about giving it a whirl. I am roughly a 1.0 K/D so I am not that great. I would be significantly worse without the aimon though. Those dualshock controllers are crap! I usually have a kill or two each game that I feel I should have had if the controller was a little better though. I just have not found the ideal sweet spot if you will for settings or what have you. I found a video on youtube of a guy playing and his settings kind of intrigue me so I think I am going to try them out. Settings: in game sensitivity : 12 Mouse speed x-1 y-1 ADS 1.5 Deadzone X-69 y-73 firmware 1.7 with COd 8 profile If anyone wants to chime in with what they are using now I would be more than happy to try it out. Let me know if you have any thoughts on the auto-aim assist if you want also.
