Hello guys, today I received Aimon elite, I did all the steps to install it and I tried a few settings you suggested (I now have these set Firmware: V1.6 MouseSpeed: X2.0 Y2.4 AimDownSighSpeed: 1.0 Deadzone: X50 Y56 ButtonResponse: High Profile: MAG V1.6/1.7) but the only real problem is that now I'm finding it frustrating when I have to follow an enemy with the viewfinder ... scrolling is not smooth but there are obvious lag or shots that do not allow me to have an accuracy Satisfactory! Have you also encountered this problem and then you managed to solve it through the setting? or should I try to play without HDMI cable? I play BF3 and I must say that the acquisition of the enemy is much easier with the mouse than the analog pad ... use the sniper is now amazing, but if I could eliminate this lag or shots would be better! ! and one last thing, I use this software AimonPSEliteSetup20111129, I find written in the PS3 HARDWARE SETUP V2.0, but under the mouse and the nunchaku is written V3 ... is normal or is there something wrong?

I hope in your help ... thank you!
sorry for the english ... this is google translate!

Have you put ingame sens to max? Learn how to setup the settings with the mouse. This way you can change for examle ADS to your liking. I would try 1.1 and see if it skips less. I would try deadzone 53/55. Also be sure you have the circular mode enabled. Reinstall 1.6 or 1.7 and do the mousemat learning. Read the manual.

Settings depend a lot on the playstyle, I dont play recon that much so the settings i post are more for an active player. Also if you like to play with low sens (wider movement with mouse) as I do is dependant on how you like to play.

Setting up your tv is also important. Put it into game or PC mode.

V3 is the newest i think. I have V2 stickers. Am not sure if there is anything else than pre installed software related stuff that changed.

Hi all, Hi Nano,

I just registered to this forum to say my feelings following few games (assault/ active player (RUSH!!!!) with nano's settings.
spoiler : It works like a charm.

I used to play with the latest firmware and default bf3 setup. It was just average and I was never really happy.

Now with all the tweaks (ingame max, 720dpi, lowering mouse in xmb etc.) + the correct settings for the dongle, it's just soooo smooth and so pc-like. I can make a u turn with a little move and it feels really good. (I still have like a little stop when I move fast from left to right, but I don't know if it's fixable/adjustable)

So nano, thank you so much for sharing with us your progress, your help has been very valuable.

This, my good lord, is the true spirit of internet

The new changelist is a long one. It's coming on 4th of June!

This one is an important one and see if it really fixed the input lag problem!
> Reduced input lag for gamepads/joysticks on all platforms. Aiming as a soldier when using a gamepad or joystick should now be more responsive.

if this works then Tuact and Skrilla can finally do a better loadout for BF3.

i did, didn't find somthing up to date, this is a 11 pages thread, you have/know all the settings just need the make it sticky or copy&paste here, instead of posting Read the posts it's all there. just post the info that help and just me, all others that read this.

for all who thinking buying this:

1. plug the dongle to the computer.
2. click on the mouse and the pad.
3. the recognition by the computer-sometime work sometime don't- 50% so fingers crossed.
4. the tweaking properties are just unclear say the least
5. the ready made mapping for games somtime load some time don't.
6. need the exact mousepad or else...
7. need to "teach" the mouse about the pad...good luck figuring out what is the "select" button on this mouse.
8. fire up the ps3 with a ps3 original gamepad-then take the this device and in the properties change it to #1.
9. test it.

did all the above and need to change somthing? unpulg and go back to the computer and follow steps 1 to 5 + guess what and where changes need to done
plug it back to the pas3 then step 9.
didn't like the settings? unpulg and go back to the computer and follow steps 1 to 5 + guess what and where changes need to done.
plug it back to the pas3 then step 9.
work? great!
oh...want to change class in the game?
unpulg and go back to the computer and follow steps 1 to 5 + guess what and where changes need to done
plug it back to the pas3
step 9.
didn't like the settings? unpulg and go back to the computer and follow steps 1 to 5 + guess what and where changes need to done.............

DO YOU THINK THAT IS A READY TO USE PRODUCT?
TUACT IF YOU'RE WONDERING FOR REASON WHY FEW USING IT JUST READ THIS POST.

I think theres definatly something wrong with how you are trying to use this product. Many people use this product, myself being one, and havent had to go throught the circus act you have.

there are quite clear and precise instructions from Tuact as to the setup of the product, there are even more involved explinations from users such as myself and many others on this forum to help new users get the most out of their aimon.

ive read your list carefully and some of the numbered steps just dont make sence compared what i have experienced. Im not going to be critical of you i just think you might be getting frustrated when you could simply read the wealth of information on this forum, so to start

setting up the aimon is simple, insert the dongle into your pc while pressing its button, hold for just over a second after it is inserted and release. This puts the dongle into setup mode (if you dont hold the button you wont get the setup mode)

open the software and while you have an internet connection select the firmware you wish to use (i would advise using the most reccomended firmware that this thread suggests)

map the buttons is straight forward also, you can remove functionality by dragging and replace functionality by replacing. You can also alter the function of the mouse wheel by clicking the options in the sub menu.

Remember to synchronise the wand, mouse and dongle after changes to ensure good connection. (press start and select on the wand, the dongle will blink so press its button. Press F and X on the mouse, the dongle will blink so press its button)

plug the dongle into the PS3, turn on the ps3 and as long as the mouse and wand are on you can use them. (no need for point 8 on your list??)

learning the mouse pad has been extensively discussed in these forums, get a reccomended mouse pad and you will be fine, read bout it in these threads and you will become experienced (experience cannot be given it must be gained).

you can change the settings of your mouse on the fly in game, you do not need to go back to your computer for speed or deadzone adjustments, nor ADS adjustments. You do however need to connect to a pc if you made a mistake with the mapping of buttons or if you dont like them. So think carefully about what changes you wish to make or just relax and make a couple of trips like the rest of us.

The most important thing to remember is that this forum is like a library, there are many pages of information and conversations of problem solving, you will not get a clear picture just by reading one page and you certainly wont get the complete information by asking, as the reply will be one persons opinion much like my reply is mine.

Tuact have done a great job and what is astounding is how much effort they have put in to maintain comunication with their customer through this forum. I dont know of another company that so directly involves their users in the process of bettering their products. So please feel assured that your concerns will be addressed, whether they be a product fault or unclear understanding of what is required.

Since the new patch, which fixed or helped tremendously with input lag, the older settings don't feel good anymore. I lowered deadzone a lot and the response to movement is great. Will tweak a few days and post settings then.

Sound cutting out unfortunately still not fixed nor freezes.

Tried the 1.8 with Firmware 1.6 and 1.7 circular.
The winner is still by far FW 1.6 with MAG 1.6-1.7 loadout.

It's easy to notice the difference of responsiveness by shaking the mouse rapidly sideways, it isn't as smooth with BF3 1.8!

Of course the feeling of control is better too with 1.6 and MAG.

Thanks again nano. I used your settings for a good 5 hour session on Saturday. It's a major improvement on what it was pre-pstch. I've even had to knock down the in-game sensitivity to about 3/4 now while I retrain.
