My Wand is stucking (Forward/right) - Tuact

It is stucking, goes to diagonal up/right without do nothing on wand.
I need help with it.

I've tried a usb extension cord just to see if it is an RF.
It didn't work. I have tried upgrade the firmware of the dongle.
I did reset the dongle and....nothing. How can I do to change the wand? or buy it other, I could pay to Tuact send me other.
I'm from Brazil, there are many intermediate resellers, it's impossible get contact for a replacement.
Please, send me the information to do bank deposit, I want to paid for it, if necessary.
I really liked of Aimon ps elite, and I need it to enjoy BF3.
I have Dual Fx FragPro (Splitfish) too, but it's horrible, I prefer Aimon.
Since the month of March I'm hoping to play with the mouse.
