I thought I would post a follow-up to my previous posts in this topic in case other users find themselves in a similar situation
After delaying my purchase of a replacement VX4 wand joy-board, I recently made the purchase through Tuact support and received the board today. Whereas my wand joystick would only stick in the up position, but would return to center from the other directions, the replacement board sticks in the U,D,L & R position.
My contact with Tuact support, during this situation, has been answered fairly quickly, politely and informative.
It's disappointing that not only has my issue not been corrected with the replacement, but is actually worse. I've sent a follow-up, with pictures, to Tuact support and I hope there is a solution.
Mistakes happen and I can be patient as long as it can be corrected.
