I used DeoxIT, a cleaner and lubricator, in hope to reduce the issue, but it didn't work. Any tips,Tuact? Thanks.

I thought I would post a follow-up to my previous posts in this topic in case other users find themselves in a similar situation

After delaying my purchase of a replacement VX4 wand joy-board, I recently made the purchase through Tuact support and received the board today. Whereas my wand joystick would only stick in the up position, but would return to center from the other directions, the replacement board sticks in the U,D,L & R position.

My contact with Tuact support, during this situation, has been answered fairly quickly, politely and informative.

It's disappointing that not only has my issue not been corrected with the replacement, but is actually worse. I've sent a follow-up, with pictures, to Tuact support and I hope there is a solution.

Mistakes happen and I can be patient as long as it can be corrected.

I received a reply from support yesterday and the information they provided explained what I was experiencing with the new board before the install. I installed the new board and it doesn't stick in any direction. I will now add the text from support's reply, so others can understand how the new board works.

This is normal, it is due to the title angle is too big when it is not installed in the wand.
When you install it into the wand, it won’t stuck at angle like that.
It also happens on the PS4 controller, when you take out the top piece if the SONY DS4 controller, its stick won’t return to center
if you press it to the end. The reason for that is this is a 13mm small stick and the free travel angle is too large that the spring can’t push it to the center.
The top cover hole would limit its travel angle, so it would be good."

Hey!

It's been awhile since I've been back. I checked out the site to see if Tuact announced anything new and hopped into the forums.

Sorry for this very late reply, K. The replacement board did work and the stick functioned , as it should, once it was placed in the wand controller housing. Tuact support was very polite and helpful .

It's been some time since I last posted, so I forget the exact cost of the replacement. You, or anyone, can contact Tuact support for a correct and update cost. I think the replacement cost me $24 usd and that included the shipping cost.

Also as an update: The wand replacement board/stick is still functioning well.
