Thanks Skrilla for the thread.

I am a new owner of the Aimon PS Elite (still waiting for it to arrive in the mail!)
I always had a frag fx, and prefered the wired versions, no lag or delay issues, bluetooth etc. When i had the fragnstein, i didnt like it and got rid of it. I havent tested the Aimon PS Elite yet, so i dont know how it plays (will update my thoughts in a couple of weeks),
My suggestion is that there should also be a wired version, i would buy that in an instant. I remember when I had a wireless pc mouse and used to play fps online, low battey in mid game is very annoying. Especially when in the middle of a clan war or something like that.

+1 for On The Fly Binding or being able to save a couple of different button profiles on the aimon itself and be able to switch between them without a PC and also back to defaults.

Also I would gladly pay for an optional accessory to click the wand into with finger holes so you don't actually have to hold on to it. (Something like a knuckle-duster perhaps :P )

A low battery indicator would be nice (different colour LED on dongle perhaps)
Please ignore the Karma if its in minus...

I cant be bothered to get Skrilla to fix it any more :P

the mouse wheel is quite tightly packed between the buttons on the PS/Elite.

A larger or slightly more accessable mouse wheel, so that "turret turning" left/right is more managable as a natural movement would be appreciated. Making the left/right mouse wheel buttons lighter in feel would help this also.

Skrilla... im tempted to open mine up to take a look ;)

I know what you mean with the wheel.. I find the up\down scrolling very twitchy and easy to do when trying to turrent turn. I haven't tried remapping just left\right to dpad left right and having the wheel in button map mode to effectively disable the up\down though yet.

Ive turned off the scroll wheel function because for my current use in BF3 its not needed, the fast look feature is far to fast and unneccesary for up/down looking in this game, but remember its still useful in games.

so i have the virtical turned off, the left/right fast look turned on and the button feature set to stand/crouch/prone.

the button feature works ok, could possible do with slight refinement to ensure reliable button clicks (Skrilla... i think thats my next investigation  )

the left/right fast turn i assume triggers buttons as you lean the mouse wheel to one side or the other, however because the mouse wheel barely protrudes from the mouse physical access to the side/side action is tricky. Either the wheel needs to protrude more, or more access to the wheel needs to be provided (simular to the microsoft 5000) that way your middle finger could easily oporate the wheel and its full range of features.

this indeed would be cool, even if it was a switchable usb adapter! That way you could have the fps improvements that the aimon provides and the console controler vehical awesomeness !!

Just seen your post in the aimon BF3 settings thread and saw your config pics. I hadn't realised you could just disable the up\down scrolling and keep the left\right, I know what I'll be doing next time I'm on B)

I would like to see a wired version and on the fly button binding. I think the wheel size is fine. I would like to be able to turn the scrole wheel on/off on the fly also, because I like to have it working in the jets in BF3 but nothing else.

oh I forgot, I think it would be cool if you could use your regular controller at the same time.

you can turn the scroll wheel off (or at least swap it to button map mode) on the fly with F + R3(wheel). If you don't have any button maps set to the wheel it should have the effect of disabling it.

N1: ability to use controller at same time
- Switch places of select and power, select has to be within easy thumb reach
- Easier setup. All parameters in PS3 with overlay graphics maybe. If not possible then Mac support would be nice although not a must have
- Working clear indicator of circular software ;)
- More precision through higher DPI mouse. Dont know your tech if it would help.
- Mouse too sensitive for just the right surfaces to get perfect precission. Make the sensor so it will allow more surfacesto be played good on.
- Simple and pro setup. Simple, you just select which game and bam off you go. Pro if you really want to get every last of precision out of the mouse. Like max ingame turning speed tools, DZ calibration, etc.
- Circular as default
- 3-5 game storage for different profiles which you can select on the fly
- different speeds for mousewheel operation

- The wands' stick material was perfect but over time got slippier. The Ps3 controllers didnt even though the material wasnt as sticky.
- No need for wires, if the response time is almost identical. If the set wouldnt get more expensive and the wand and mouse have places to put optional wires in then ok especially if you can charge batteries in controller
- Fix the switch off bug with chargable batteries
-The wands stick contact isnt always smooth. It makes this screechy sound sometimes.

- Make a firmware or profile update notification form.
