On the left is what I needed replaced. On the right is what Tuact sent me.

I only asked for what I needed, and despite being about a year out of warranty they only charged me shipping. I've seen comments on youtube, and even found a website devoted to hating on tuact, but from what I've seen on these forums and my personal experiences with the company, their customer service is the best. Their software and hardware is always being improved, and they actually listen to your feedback.

I cannot wait to see what the V4 Venom X has to offer.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Tuact. You have most certainly earned a customer for life with me. I adamantly recommendedthe Venom X to several friends who have all eventually purchased them. They have all loved them and have all had great experiences with Tuact support as well. We are all very excited to hear and see whats next with the V4 as well. I check in about twice a week to see if anything new is posted. Thanks guys!

Where do i go to get the black pads ordered a replacement on the venom mouse

Love the product but need to order the black pads for the venomx mouse they have fallin off

I recently bought a XB1 S. My v2 worked just fine with my old XB1, but as of now, despite factory reset of mouse and control box, only the power light gets on and nothing happens.
I'm bothering GODJOEY for help and he is so kind to assist me, but it's something I would like to avoid. Any help from your side? Is there a way to check if anything is not working on the venom x other than trying to find another XB1 owner around?
Any help would be appreciated

Hello everyone I'm having issues trying to get the wand and the mouse working on my ps4. all set up the gaming profile and configuration but when I try to plug into the ps4 it does not work. Wand or mouse. I have the venom x4

totally agree. Tuact support is second to none. Hence the reason over the years I have bought 9 Aimons and 3 venom X. Looking at the new venom x.

i have a xbox one which the mouse and hand controller all work great. i cant get the keyboard working not suer if its how im doing it can someone please help me on how to set it up . tried everything i know just need someone to explain to me how to set it up lol. cheers hope someone can help me out
